How do I make a booking?

Our booking system is very simple. You start by browsing our available courses. Once you have chosen a greenfee deal you would like to book, simply click the "Book Deal!" button against that deal and submit your details and pay. Simply follow the instruction on the deal page.

Once we have a confirmed payment from you, we will e-mail you a confirmation voucher which you have to print and bring along with you to the golf course. Then just turn up, show your voucher and play!

If the course is not available at the date/time you have requested, we will contact you and recommend an alternative slot. If there is no suitable alternative you will receive an immediate refund.

For bookings outwith the deals and that may be subject to larger party discount contact us with the details and we will customise the package.
We then agree a fee with you and issue PayPal invoice(s). To secure we require a deposit of €100. The balance is due 14 days before the first tee-time.

What is the earliest date I can book?

Our team is very efficient, and we are able to process same-day teetime bookings. However, because it is not feasible for us to attend to online bookings immediately, the online booking system only allows you to make a booking from two days in the future. If you want to make a booking to play a course today or tomorrow, please call our team at +34 968 581 180 or +34 665 635 717.

How do I pay for a booking?

Simply follow the instructions on the deal page. PayPal is our preferred provider. You don’t have to have a PayPal account to pay this way. The page will let you know how to pay by PayPal or credit card.

How long do I have to make payment for the booking?

For straightforward deals from the system it is immediate. For party bookings the terms are as above.

Do I get a refund if I cancel my booking?

We will only issue a full refund if you cancel your booking at least 30 days before the greenfee date. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made within 30 days. If a simple deal is not agreeable the refund is immediate.

Can I amend my booking?

In many cases, we will allow you to amend your booking (number of players, teetime etc) for no extra charge. However, this is discretionary and dependent on various factors. Please contact us if you want to make an amendment.

What if the weather turns sour?

The majority of courses will allow you to change your date/time for no extra charge in the event the weather is bad enough that a game truly cannot be played. However, this is a very rare occurrence in sunny southeast Spain! In any case, we will try to be of as much assistance as we can, and may be able to issue refunds in exceptional circumstances. Contact us if you have any enquiries. Please do not contact the course directly, as they will be unable to help you. From January 2015 will have indoor facilities available so life will go on!

Are there any hidden costs?

If you wish to hire any equipment or add on any extras (that are not already included in your greenfee deal), you will need to arrange and pay for these directly with the course when you arrive.

Also note that players who do not hold a Spanish Golf Federation license may be required to pay a nominal insurance fee of €3.00 per person directly to the course upon arrival.

Green Fee Vouchers

Once paid in full your vouchers will be e mailed to you. Please be aware that you MUST take your green fee vouchers to each course on the day of play, otherwise the course could refuse you the right to play. If there are any problems on the day phone us on +34 665 635 717.


Each course has its various rules and etiquette. These will be made available to you and must be respected without exception.


The maximum handicap is 28 for Men and 36 for Women. If you are outwith this bracket please contact us an we can advise on alternatives or teaching packages. It is important to bring a handicap certificate with you for every golfer because some courses will not allow you to play without one. No refunds are due if this is an issue.

Soft Spikes

Soft spikes are the norm and courses will not allow play without them.

Course Etiquette

Please observe normal golfing dress code and behaviour, you must have golf shoes and a shirt with a collar.


Where buggies are included in your green fee this will be clearly shown on your voucher. Where they are not included but reserved they are paid for on arrival at the course.

VAT is included in the cost of your green fees. If this figure increases prior to you paying your balance then the cost of your green fees will increase.  


All deals involving accommodation will have the terms and conditions clearly stated for your agreement. As a general rule these are 20% deposit at the time of booking, payment in full 8 weeks prior to departure.

These will be e mailed to you. Please check these documents carefully. Full terms and conditions will be clearly stated.




At golf venues, we accept no responsibility for loss of green fees or deposits where a person is refused play due to unacceptable behaviour.


We advise that you ensure you have taken travel insurance. We do not sell travel insurance.

Travel Documents: Please ensure you bring all documentation with you. You will be required to show this to each course on the day of play and also upon check in to your accommodation.
